These earrings are stunning, priced just right, and they arrived super quick! I’ll definitely be back for more.

I brought my Gucci watch to Gold Arts in Brighton for a service, and when I got it back, the glass face was all cracked and broken. They claimed it must've been like that already, but my receipt and the emails I got from Gold Arts only mentioned a service and some scratches on the glass that needed polishing. They just won't admit they broke it. I've been a loyal customer of Gold Arts for over 30 years and have bought loads of jewelry from them, so I'm really upset and disappointed to get my watch back in this condition, with no apology or any offer to make it right, and a complete denial of responsibility for the damage.

I just got my engagement and wedding rings back after resizing. A big retailer had told me it would be tricky and that I might lose some stones because they could get loose, plus the engraving might disappear. So, I decided to check out the Eastbourne GoldArts store. They were super helpful and offered great prices, so I took a chance on them. I’m absolutely thrilled with how they turned out! The rings are all sparkly and shiny, and thankfully, none of the engraving is gone. They assured me that the stones are secure, even after a size 7 adjustment because of my weight loss. I’m really over the moon with them! Huge thanks to the team; I’ll definitely be back and will recommend them to any friends who need similar work done!

I got myself a watch, but sadly, I had to send it back because the battery was faulty. Gold Arts were super nice and are taking care of replacing the battery for me. The service was top-notch.

The ring I got is actually nicer than what I saw in the online picture, and I’m really into it. Roxana was super quick to respond to any questions I had through email. We got fantastic assistance at Gold Arts on George Street in Hove. Michelle generously removed my husband's wedding band at no cost and offered us excellent tips on resizing it once his finger healed. They didn’t push us to buy a new ring, and we’re really thankful for that.

I reached out to Laura at Goldarts to see if they could fix a special ring for me right there. In no time, she checked with Matt, took the ring, and two weeks later, I got back a stunningly beautiful piece. It looks even better than when I bought it! Matt did an amazing job, and I couldn't be happier. This is a fantastic team that I would totally trust with my jewelry again (I've had some rough experiences before, so I’m extra cautious!).
